Overall I am pleased with the purchase of this Swiss-army-knife of gadgets. I thought I would use the CD player more than I do, but it's nice to be able to wake up to some familiar tunes. The only real problem I have with the product is that the clock is hard to read (when I have my glasses off) as the digits are fairly small (this is a relative statement of course). My last clock has very large digits, so I'm still getting used to squinting and getting closer to the clock to see the time. This is just what I wanted.
This phone/cd/radio/clock is just what I was looking for. It is small enough for my nightstand, and I like the look. The only suggestion for improvement would be a louder ringer on the phone. It is at a noise level that is a little hard for me to hear, but I have adjusted and nowI can detect the ring above other background noises. I would definitely recommend it. Do not buy this product
This product is so attractive that when the 1st one I ordered broke within a week I did not learn my lesson. Now the second one no longer works after 5 weeks----------I loved everything about it except it's very short lifespan! I CANNOT BELIEVE I BOUGHT THIS CRAP!

We like everything about this AM/FM alarm clock w/CD player EXCEPT the radio does not stayed tuned to the channel you are listening to. This is a real problem, and causes us to be dissatisfied with this product overall. Is there anything that can be done to fix this problem? Don't bother
I purchased this for my daughter. The CD player is sensitive to minor bumps and the AM section of the radio tuner is horible. The FM side is only marginally better but the station had better be either close or very powerful as sensitivity is poor. The controls are overly complex and small to read and adjust. The phone is the only part that seems to work well. I had good luck with a Coby CD player a while back and then bad luck with another product. I'll be avoiding Coby all together from now on and I recommend that you do too. Great Features, Poor Quality
This product has all the bells and whistles, except maybe digital tuning for the radio, but the quality is poor. On the first one we got we couldn't read the display on the phone no matter how we adjusted the contrast. Everything else worked fine. We exchanged it for another, and this one's phone kept losing the dial tone. Per the instructions we unplugged it and removed the battery to reset it. It would work for a while then do it again. In my experience, it worked okay if you don't need the phone. Totally satisfied
I am 100% happy with my Coby, it has all the features I want. The clock is very readable without lifting my head. The radio, CD player and phone are all very clear. GOOD LAYOUT, POOR PHONE HEARING
I ordered this phone for a Xmas Gift. I liked the uncomplicated layout of the controls and ease of operation in a reasonable space. great phone

The phone never worked well, and today it just stopped working. You pick it up and there is only noise. No line, just noise. It was never a good phone and it has only being used a little over a year, it's useless now. COBY CD-RA 195 AM/FM Alarm Clock Radio w/CD Player...
Very Good overall. The phone, however, has limited range but very nice otherwise. System is great for the price. This clock radio/cd player works well.
I was looking for a Clock radio/phone, with a battery backup and caller ID; and this one works well. It was also inexpensive. Pretty nice product
I bought this product for my mom for Christmas. She has not been using it long but is very happy with it. The display could be a little larger for it but, to be honest, the display is larger than what it appears on the web. She is very happy with it. There are not many options out there for this type of functionality. It might have been a lemon, but...
Nothing but the alarm clock part even worked. The CD player never worked and the phone was constantly changing channels making horrible sounds from static to ear piercing squeaks. The concept was great, but the quality was so poor I'm not even risking an exchange to see if it was a lemon. Cordless Phone
