If all you want is a an In-Dash CD Play, it's fine. You can only access the clock when the unit is powered up - and then by pushing a button.

After about 6 months, the rotary tunur (Note - no pushbuttons on this unit) only works after the car has been sitting in the sun for a few hours, otherwise you cannot change the station.

The tuner also has a tendency to wander, so if you want a good signal (when the knob is indeed working) you have to periodically fiddle with it.

I got this to replace an old cassette/radio that I had in my car since I play CDs now far more than cassettes. Unfortunately, I didn't really look at what I was buying before I bought ended up with this.

I would say that this unit is all con, no pro. There are no FM/AM presets. The radio gets terrible reception (2 of my favorites don't come in at all now). There's no seek/scan option for tuning. The controls are counterintuitive - to tune, you turn a dial and to raise the volume, you press a button. The CD player's anti-skip protection is minimal (someone got into the car slamming the door behind them and the CD skipped). There's no way to have the time display constantly. You have to press a button just to get it to display for a few seconds.

Generally, I'd say it's a piece of junk. Don't waste your time and money finding out for yourself.
